I hope you were able to make it to the Summer Concert in the park last night to see Cat Big Band. It was a beautiful night with the full moon, and wonderful music to accompany it. This morning was the Farmer's Market, featuring many local businesses and foods. Today, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at IGA they are hosting Alex's Lemonade Stand that donates money to children with cancer. At Metamora Pool you could meet the local fireman and play on the fire trucks. At Didley's today starting at 2:00 pm, there is the Action for Ava benefit for children with Juvenile Arthritis. Later at Metamora Field's will be the Class of 1997's 20th high school reunion.

Today and tomorrow you could see The Water Street Co. dancers perform at MTHS beginning at 3:00 pm. Also on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 4:00 pm at Metamora Parks and Recreation, 214 E Partridge, a Metamora Park Paint & Take Sign Workshop will take place if they have enough participants. So many different events this weekend, just here in Metamora. Hope you can make them all!
