Grandparents Day at GHMS

Some of the best childhood memories I have are with my Grama and Grampa. I spent a lot of time at their home and always had such a good time. I have always held a special place in my heart for my grandparents and miss them so much now that I am grown and have my own kids. Time flies and people pass on such is life. There just is never enough time with the people you love. That is what makes Germantown Hills Middle School Grandparent’s Day Event so awesome. A couple hours at the school checking out their classroom, what the students are working on, and some refreshments.

A shuttle is provided from Great Oaks Church, located at 515 Route 116 and Lourdes Rd, and it will be leaving from there at 8:45 am and will return at 10:45 am. The school needs you to park there for the event, please. The events are split up into four days:Tuesday, April 4th is for  the 7th and 8th graders, Wednesday, April 5th is for 6th and 5th graders, Thursday, April 6th is for 4th and 3rd graders, and Friday, April 7th is for 1st and 2nd graders. (click on links for RSVP)

There is still time to make a reservation for Grandparent’s Day at Germantown Hills Middle School, but the cut off is this Friday, March 17th, 2017. The school needs to know how much food to order and prepare before hand, because The Grandparent’s Day Celebrations are the week after spring break. Please contact Trish Palacios, at 383-2727 or [email protected] if you have any questions. Thank you.
