CRUNCHY CORNBREAD CASSEROLE preheat 350
1 can of corn (drained) 1 box of cornbread mix
1 can of cream style corn 1 16 oz container of sour cream
Follow the recipe directions on your box of cornbread mix and prepare as usual. Drain the can of corn and add to mix, and then pour in the cream style corn. Add the entire container of sour cream and mix all ingredients together. Grease a 13x9 pan and pour in mixture and smooth out evenly. Place in oven 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven check with a fork. It is so rich and creamy and crunchy, Such a wonderful addition to our table, thank you Allison and her mom for sharing.
